Sheila Antrum: Leading Women 2025

Antrum, who has served in her position since 2017, played a key role over the last year in UCSF Health’s acquisition of two community hospitals. She also led the opening of a new facility housing a large ambulatory center and primary, specialty and urgent care offices that will offer more than 130,000 patient visits annually. As an advocate for mentorship and networking, she co-founded the Women of UCSF Health group in 2018. Now more than 1,100 members strong, the group looks to celebrate, inspire and empower employees.
