2024 Women Leaders Julie Ann Alvarado-Dubek

Alvarado-Dubek began leading human resources at the Phoenix-headquartered 33-hospital system in 2022. She plays a key role in creating a professionally fulfilling environment for its more than 52,000 employees. During the pandemic, she earned a master’s degree in organizational leadership with a focus on women in power and flexible work arrangements. The achievement contributed to Banner’s successful Work Your Way remote/hybrid work program, which has more than 7,000 participants. She is the founding sponsor of Women at Banner.
